In the park there is a play area with a bowling green, five-a-side football, darts and table tennis. The area is shared with Villa Rumanin.

The private parking, reserved for up to 2 cars per villa, is adjacent to the property.
The entrance gate for cars and the parking area are shared with another property (Villa Rumanin) also reserved for other guests.
